Yael Oliva LCSW

Hi! My name is Yael. I am a compassionate therapist, committed to creating emotional safety for my clients. My approach is non-judgmental, and I support my clients in exploring their beliefs and behaviors in a way that empowers them to choose new paths, fostering healing and growth along the way. I work with teens and adults, offering individual and family therapy sessions. My therapeutic toolbox includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Whether you're looking to process past trauma, develop healthier coping strategies, or navigate life transitions, my goal is to help you build a stronger connection with yourself and those around you. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, and I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.

If you're ready to take the next step towards healing, I’d love to connect!
